Prior to founding his own firm in 2023, he launched his career and honed his trial skills for more than five years at one of the biggest plaintiff’s law firms in Colorado. During that time, he set himself apart recovering hundreds of millions of dollars for his clients in class action and personal injury cases. There, he achieved several noteworthy outcomes in class and putative class actions related to data breaches, securities violations, deceptive business practices, consumer protection violations, and ERISA violations. He also demonstrated prowess as a true trial attorney for clients injured through no fault of their own.
Today, Alex continues to routinely take cases to trial and verdict and argues issues on appeal for clients. His success has earned him recognition as a Top 40 Under 40 civil plaintiff’s attorney by the National Trial Lawyers, a Lawyer of Distinction, and the American Institute of Trial Lawyers Litigator of the Year.
Alex earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Italian from Susquehanna University and his J.D. from Widener Commonwealth Law School in 2018.
A proud first-generation member of his mother’s family born in the U.S., Alex is also active in the Italian-American community. Fluent in Italian, he also belongs to the Sons and Daughters of Italy and the Italian American Business Association.
